We’re a small batch hot sauce and wing sauce company based in the state of Iowa that creates fiercely flavorful sauces that you'll crave!
What started off as a hobby between two cousins has quickly turned into much more! Owners & Cousins Mitch Lancaster and Brandon Barnes both have a love for cooking and spice. We have gone from growing a handful of pepper plants each year to now planting hundreds of varieties of peppers to make our sauces. All of our sauces are made with homegrown ingredients that were cared for with nothing but love.

To make exceptional hot sauce and salsa, one must use exceptional ingredients. This means no shortcuts. With our hot sauce we use fresh peppers, NOT pepper mash or powder. Our produce is all grown in our own gardens or sourced from local farms to provide the freshest ingredients out there.
